1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Verification (KYC)

• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar).

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audiovisual content, and branding, is the exclusive property of 6555bd or its licensed content suppliers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes. 9. Limitation of Liability

The Company does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or security breach, and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures, including but not limited to server outages, payment gateway errors, or game software malfunctions.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a Player and 6555bd, the parties agree to attempt resolution through the Platform's customer support channel in the first instance. Players should submit a formal complaint to [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute and the remedy sought. The Company will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a final resolution within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of personal data by 6555bd is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12. Termination and Account Closure

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The Company and the Player agree to replace any severed provision with a valid, enforceable provision that reflects as closely as possible the original intent of the severed clause.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and 6555bd and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
